HOA Board members have completed successful negotiations with Pulte through Pulte Land Management and the City of Palm Bay for the removal of the Lollipop Park signs.  We have finally received the approval of sign removal, additional striping and landscape items to replace the ugly signs.  This item was not an easy come by, but persistence does pay off.
